Leslie Weed, Owner and Chief Creative Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, and event planning, Leslie Weed has built a career helping businesses tell their stories through creative, purposeful design. An award-winning designer, Leslie believes great design isn’t just about looking good—it’s about creating a brand that connects with people and leaves a lasting impression.
Every project begins with listening. Leslie takes the time to understand each client’s business, goals, and personality, then develops creative solutions that are both strategic and visually compelling. She works one-on-one with every client because she believes exceptional service deserves personal attention, clear communication, and a collaborative approach from start to finish.
Taylor Peacock, Social Media Manager
Taylor graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Media Journalism. She dreams of one day managing social media for a professional sports team—our goal is to convince her to stay long enough to make that sports team one of our clients! 😉
When she’s not creating content at Designed by Leslie, you’ll likely find her traveling with friends, cheering on her favorite hockey team, spoiling her beloved pups Mango Martini and Milly, or sharing her appreciation for all things raccoon-related.
Taylor keeps us laughing with her quick wit, endless creativity, and legendary love of puns. Around here, we’d say she’s pretty punstoppable.
Lauryn Darby, Social Media Manager
Originally from Venice, Florida, Lauryn earned her degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) before relocating to Dallas to begin her corporate career.
When Lauryn finds herself with a PTO day to spare, she’s likely traveling back to Florida to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She loves walking the beach, grabbing a cocktail by the water, and soaking up the slower pace of coastal life whenever she can!
